So what, Now what:  LEAF 525 was extremely interesting as it was lead by three very different but knowledgeable leaders in higher education. It provided a multi-level look at leadership on campus, from program development, to student affairs, to the highest level of administration.

During this course I had the opportunity to design a possible department at the college level. I identified the challenges and advantages of creating a department that would be dedicated to making a social impact through entrepreneurship, leadership, and civic innovation. This research provided the foundation to implement many of my ideas in the programs I support.
